KES 53 million breach of fiduciary duty claims against former directors

Representing KGT Kenya Limited in the High Court and the Court of Appeal in three related commercial suits against its former directors, associated companies and NCBA Bank Kenya PLC for breach of fiduciary duty, for the recovery of approximately KES 53 million.
