Personal Liability Imposed on ARA Officers by the Kenyan High Court
Officers of ARA will be solely and personally liable for all future civil or tortious liabilities that would ensue from terminated proceedings against Flutterwave Payment Technology Limited, Hupesi Solutions and Adguru Technology Limited.
