Three-judge bench petition on county development spending

Successfully defending the County Government of Uasin Gishu before a three-judge bench of the High Court in a constitutional petition brought by the Kenya Human Rights Commission against the Council of Governors and 22 county governments, challenging the counties’ compliance with the requirement to allocate and spend at least 30% of their budgets on development.
