Setting aside a KES 7 billion arbitral award

Part of the team defending Cape Holdings Limited in the precedent-setting arbitral dispute against Synergy Limited in relation to an award in excess of KES 7 billion, effectively setting aside the award of the arbitrator before the Kenyan High Court, defending the appeal in the Court of Appeal and thereafter seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court.
