Constitutional and consumer protection petition against Oshwal Academy

Successfully defending Oshwal Academy Mombasa and Oshwal Academy Nairobi in the Kenyan High Court against allegations of breach of consumer protection rights, violation of the Constitution and breach of administrative procedures; setting aside the conservatory orders issued against the schools and ensuring that they operated without interference during the COVID-19 pandemic.
