KES 10 billion acquisition of a polyester manufacturing plant

Acting for the acquiring entity in the acquisition of a major polyester manufacturing plant, in a transaction valued in excess of KES 10 billion: structuring the acquisition; undertaking corporate and legal due diligence; preparing and reviewing the transaction documents; liaising with the Competition Authority of Kenya and procuring the required regulatory approvals; and advising the acquirer through to completion.
